Creative Review: AIGA DC
A friend of mine reached out to me to create a brand identity for AIGA DC’s annual Creative Review, an event for emerging designers to have their portfolios reviewed by design professionals in the city. The event also featured a talk given by Bonnie Siegler.
I created a hand-drawn typeface for the identity, and experimented with several different color schemes, textures, and patterns to accompany the type. We decided to go with the blue/orange look used for the web graphics, but I have also included other directions that were explored below.
